How it works

Connect Microsoft 365 and select the workbooks, sheets, or tables to include. Cortex reads the selected ranges on a schedule and resolves recognizable accounts, products, and projects against the records already in your graph.

Configure

Configure workbook scope, refresh frequency, and column mappings from the integrations panel. Read-only sync keeps the source spreadsheet unchanged while preserving a clear trail back to the original file.
