How it works

Authorize Gmail and choose the labels, mailboxes, or shared inboxes to sync. Threads are matched to known contacts and accounts, giving your team a timeline that connects email activity to sales, support, and billing context.

Configure

Admins can configure label scope, retention, and excluded senders from the integrations panel. The connection is read-only and follows the access granted to the connected Google account.
