How it works

Connect your Microsoft 365 tenant and choose the Teams, channels, and meeting sources to sync. Messages and meeting metadata are resolved against people, accounts, projects, and support records already in the graph.

Configure

Admins can configure team scope, retention, and excluded channels from the integrations panel. Access remains governed by the permissions granted to the connected tenant.
