How it works

Authorize Slack and choose the channels or workspaces to include. Messages are indexed and matched to known people, customers, projects, and issues so a conversation can be understood in context rather than as an isolated thread.

Configure

Configure channel scope, excluded terms, and retention from the integrations panel. Private channels remain permission-aware and the connection stays read-only.
